Ameriwood Four Door Storage Pantry in American Cherry - 5212091Y

Very pleased with my purchase. Was extremely happy with the shipping time. Was not difficult for me to put together. This is about the fourth product that I have bought from this website. Will continue to shop here!!!

When I received the unit the box was wet, there had been a poor attempt made to re-seal the box and one of the ends was completely open. When I unpacked all the pieces most of the pieces of "wood" had chips in it and I had NO hardware to put it together. I called customer support and after dealing with the automated menu and waiting for over 15 minutes to talk to an actual person I ordered the replacement parts. I tried to order some replacement pieces of "wood" and was told I would have to wait at least a month. The hardware arrived and I started to put the unit together and when it came time to put the cam assembly together I spent over 30 minutes trying to screw the cam bolt into the wood - even with an electric screwdriver - with no success. If I could pack this up and ship it back I would - in an instant. Right now all I've got a very expensive pile of firewood.

Cheap plastic handles. Replaced with metal ones. Not very well made, but it did serve the purpose for which I wanted it for.

After my boyfriend put it together when it came to the doors the would not stay on he had to use some more screws to keep the piece in to hold the door on because when you open it they kept falling off. one of the pieces that came with the item that you place on it to keep the shelves in place came out along with the cheap material that the cabinet is made out of. It is working for right now and because it is out of sight it was ok to have the other screws that my boyfriend had to use stick out a little but it works. I would not recommend buying any of these items. I thought if I paid a little more it would be better quality, because I was looking at a pantry in the price less then this one but I went with the one price a lttle more. Lesson learned.
