Great bathtub, we really enjoy its versatility. For bathing, the overflow drain is basically on the top rim of the tub making it so that you can fill the tub all of the way. For showering, the tub is still easy to get in and out of. Other deep soak tubs were much higher and made for dangerous showering. Highly recommend this tub Installation was fairly easy. The main hiccup we had were the screws that hold the overflow drain to the tub were too short. Took us 4 hours and a call to American Standard to figure that one out. it is deep enough for a nice soak..love the skid proof bottom and the pop up drain I ordered with it.love the lumbar head rest..I highly recommend it.Does not have a matching surround however we purchased an eleganza surround from a big box store and made it work and it looks very nice.You just can't beat American Standard products."..."  Read more

This was a great find for me, since I had a space that was 4" too short for a standard sized tub. This version is nearly [$] more than a standard tub, but worth it to me for this application.
