I had been searching the internet for a skirted toilet with a round bowl and had to be in a reasonable price range and I wanted the smaller flush to be at least one gallon. After reading reviews of the .8 gallon flush on other brands, I decided that wouldn't be enough. This toilet has the best flush I ever seen. It's like a jet engine! Also the installation was easy. We didn't have to move the water line which I found out was the case with the Kohler and other models. And this toilet bolts straight to the existing closet bolts, no extra clips or holes drilled. It's sturdy, beautiful and functional. The soft closing toilet seat is included and is quite cool, and now even my husband closes it! I love it. I may just build another bathroom in my house so I can own another one! I did take a chance since I couldn't find another reveiw on this toilet, but what I read about the flushing on the standard models, I figured I couldn't go wrong.
