I have owned this for about 2 years. It has looked terrible for about 75%-80% of that time. There are springs poking through the material on the back, as well as a piece of wood. The springs under the seats have to constantly be reattached or we'll be sitting on the floor. The seams on the seats are torn up. I have had to nail the wooden piece across the bottom back on twice. No, we do not have any sumo wrestlers living here. Granted, you might have a much gentler environment than I do, but I cannot say that I think this is well-made. The initial quality was pretty nice, though it seemed to off-gas a lot; it did look sharp. Still, since I have needed to replace this for a long time and I only bought it two years ago, it just doesn't warrant a whole lot of praise.

Service Review

I only received 2/3 of my order and it was a hassle getting the last piece. Bricklewood did give me a credit for my troubles, though.

I give this 4 stars based on appearance as compared to others Ive seen locally priced for same or more. This is in our living room, which we rarely use, so my choice was based 65% on price and look, and 35% durability. The set looks awesome, feels awsome, and was delivered for free without a hitch. I would use them again. Product is EXACTLY as pictured.

This couch is lovely. The leather is soft and supple. The color is a very deep chocolate brown. The chair looks exactly as pictured. I agree the pillows are a bit overwhelming. However, I'm using them on a couch in another room and they look better on that couch. The seat cushions are firm; however, I would have liked them to be just a bit firmer. Overall, I was extremely satisfied [...] I will buy more furniture from Wayfair and have already recommended them to several of our friends.
