Looks to be of good quality. Only reason its not 5 stars is because I haven't tried it out yet. Will be putting it to the test very soon. Pleased with the quality and construction!

I bought this set for my daughter who will be traveling to Japan through a student exchange program. This set is built strong enough for the bouncing around it will receive on such a long flight and in another country. The bold aqua color is ideal for identification without being obnoxious and the many pockets and removable storage bags will help in keeping her items organized and easy to find. The inside lining is also very stylish. I really like the tilting retractable handles for ease of rolling. I do wish the smallest bag was designed to fit a laptop along with a few personal items for better utilization during the flight. Otherwise this set is well priced and otherwise perfect! I want one!

Service Review

Quick and well packed. If the luggage can't make it through the postal service without damage, it certainly wouldn't make it through the baggage system of most airports, so the cardboard box was enough!

The plastic inner bag in each piece was a bonus. the exterior compartments and the encluded keys were also a nice extra.

I love this luggage set, but my pocket book doesn't. I thought the big bag was normal size, but it is actually 2 inches bigger than the allowed 61 inch bag standard for most airlines. I had to pay $80 to bring on the larger bag. I was so dissapointed, because it's beautiful and easy to use.

We havn't used this set yet but have a six week trip planned for overseas this fall. This set seems great...very stylish, the wheels roll beautifully, it will be easy to pick out and has ample room. We're very pleased with our purchase but were not impressed with the packaging.

Service Review

This set arrived promptly but was very poorly packaged. It was literally just the set in a box with no padding. We understand it will have to withstand alot when we travel but still felt like it should've been better packaged. We havn't used it yet so we're yet to find out if it was damaged.

We bought the chocolate set and LOVE it! We were hesitant buying a set that was more expensive after seeing all the latest deals in the stores right now that had more pieces but the quality of this set is wonderful. We used this luggage for a quick spa trip(only one piece) and then used 2 pieces for a long trip to Florida and GA. The 4 wheels are wonderful. Lugging 2 toddlers and a stroller and luggage through an airport isn't easy but you can basically push the luggage standing upright with the 4 wheels. I love it and can't wait to use it again!

The 360 wheels alone on these are worth it. I take all of my business stuff with me on my trips including my laptop and my three-year-old and these make it ten times as easy!

I purchased the luggage for my daughter for Christmas. She had picked it out herself, so it was exactly what she wanted.
