Service Review No, delivery was not prompt, it took 3 weeks and I received two surveys prior to it arriving; when product arrived it did not have a finished back as was represented to me by customer service; customer service offered a credit to satisfy me, but amount credited was different than I initially received and it took 3 more calls and an email to get it right.
