Bag is good for back, but not that much help with neck problems. It is very well made and has great organization. I like the bag and would recommend it to anyone who is having back issues.

I have carried a medium Ameribag for about 15 years. Before the old one wears out, I buy a replacement. It has a place for everything including my Kindle. I would recommend it to anyone who carries a purse full of stuff and wants it well organized. You can always find what you are looking for there are enough compartments for everything and it sits on your shoulder evenly without feeling heavy.

Outstanding product!! My only reservation is that I wanted it in a dark "coffee" color, which was available in other sizes of this style bag but not the medium. It has been the perfect carryall to hold with ease my Kindle, Blackberry, Classic iPod, voice recorder, checkbook, calculator, digital camera, and my ridicoulusly expensive Shure in-earphones that work with nearly all of these gadgets. My wife calls it my man bag, but I prefer to think of it as my "Mobile Man Cave," since it allows me to take my favorite stuff with me and use it whererever I go. And the medium size leaves room for all of the chargers and accessories as well. And there's leftover room for other things like food bars and in a pinch I can even still fit my water bottle in there. And as advertised even fully loaded (though I rarely carry it that way) it snugs up against my side and feels remarkably light. I did thorough research online before making this purchase. I wanted a quality, good looking leather product that would last, and finally I found just the right bag for my purpose. Couldn't be happier.

I like the bag but it keeps slipping off my shoulder and the ring which holds spare keys is broken already..

I love that I can carry it on my back or pull it to the front when I'm carrying my bigger back pack. I basically use it as my purse, as I always carry a book and journal with me and it means I don't have to take a purse and a bag.

Has lots of pockets, as comfortable as advertised, not bad-looking and unisex. Zipper split after only a few uses and does not effectively self-repair. Comments in various reviews are such that the medium bag sounds like it is gigantic, but a large size is required if you want to pack up a small netbook so you don{t have to carry a briefcase.

My daughter in law uses it as both her purse and diaper bag, and is very pleased with it.

I have had at least 4 of these bags before the current one -- each one has been in daily use until the leather simply wears out. Then I order a new one.

A photograph with the bag being carried would help with deciding which size to buy. I probably would have purchased the small instead of the medium. Most women carry purses much bigger than this, though! Outstanding price, much cheaper than the local retail for the small bag, including the border fee!
