Quick to put together. Given the components and the price, it's exactly what you pay for. It does the job it's needed to do.

The drawers are too short for standard scales. This seems obsurd to me since this is a drafting table. The first click on the table tilt is too high. It needs a lower click in between all the way down level and the first click up. I am very pleased with the table in every other way.

Our daughter loves her new art table. She uses it for reading, homework, drawing, painting, legos, puzzles, etc. The adjusting height and incline make it very versatile. The only complaint is that the pencil tray is attached to the table top itself, and we have found that something that would remain stationary would be easier. Otherwise, this is a great product. Highly recommended.

We purchased this table as a gift for our son who is taking technical drawing classes. It is a perfect size to fit in his bedroom and has a good sturdy frame. We were very pleased with this table.

This was written just after I placed my order thus the reference to specific dates, etc.: I was impressed with CSN's selection of the product I was interested in. I had spoken to two different customer service reps and they were great. In fact, everything was fine until I saw the delivery estimate on my order. I had called late last week to check on availability and the turnaround time to have this item shipped from the warehouse in CT to my home in the Bronx. I was told 2-3 days to process the order and 1-2 days to arrive via ground. I explained that after the middle of next week (Sept. 17th or 18th) I would have a problem as I would be home alone and unable to lift the box when it was delivered. I was told that this should not be a problem if I ordered by the beginning of this week. I just placed the order on line and saw in the order confirmation that the estimated delivery date could be as late as the 22nd, two weeks from today. I called the 800# and got cut off the first time. When I called back I spoke to a young woman (yes, I know her name) and she is abrupt, talks over you and doesn't allow you to get a word in edgewise. This person has no business being in customer service. She told me in a condescending tone that she didn't know who I spoke to but they were wrong and that I could just cancel the order if I didn't like the delivery terms. I think perhaps this young lady is not suited to her current position or would benefit from some training. She would certainly benefit from being taught some manners! As a business owner I do not appreciate being spoken to like that by a kid with a bad attitude. I doubt that I will ever want to order from CSN again. One other thing, as per a note on the assembly instructions I was promised a free gift if I visited the "Contact Us" page on the manufacturers website. I did and commented on the difficult to understand assembly instructions but nothing ever arrived! They answered my email and said that perhaps I received the "old" instructions but they never sent me anything.
