Alston Legacy Chair - 3644

The chairs are well constructed and the finish is good. Overall, the product is as advertised. The problem is the packaging is terrible. I ordered 5 chairs and all arrived damaged - 3 with major damage - 2 with minor nicks and scuffs. This is not a UPS problem either, they take a chair, wrap in a layer of bubble wrap and stick in a single wall box that is so big the chair flops around on the inside. Wayfair has been great so far, they are having the chairs replaced for us. However we worry how long it will take to get a set without any damage to them.
