My wife tells me that the ball is of good quality, but the pump that came with the ball is not. We started filling up the ball with it, but is was not going to well. So we took turn blowing it up by mouth. At the end we tried the pump again & we got the ball filled, but the pump split at tha seem. If you buy the ball, just figure on buying a decent foot pump. This mat was a little thicker than I was expecting, I would recommend going for a bit thinner option if you like to feel the floor when practicing yoga. Great quality and material though."
