All Wall Lights

Haven't actually put it up on the wall yet--it is great looking, seems to be high quality. ONE ISSUE I'm having is that the "bar" that the 3 lights are on is concave/curved so that the 2 outer light shades sit closer to the wall. I'm planning on putting it facing down over a recessed med. cabinet that has wood trim--a retro looking cabinet. SO, the outside shades won't fall over the cabinet entirely, the middle light is fine. We installed this a couple of months ago over a bath vanity. The fixture is nice - mine has no quality issues, and it appears to be very well constructed for the price. It looks nice - modern but not edgy. Works well in a transitional or contemporary bath. I will buy more of these for the next bath remodel. We have tried mounting it with the lights pointing up and down, and noticed a few things 1) The glass and bulbs extend pretty far down (or up) - about 8 from the junction-box centerline. In our case, when pointing up, the lights were too close to the ceiling, and it wasted a lot of light. 2) Pointing down, we get much more useable light on the vanity. But because of the 8 offset, when mounted over a mirror, we needed to set the mirror a bit lower than expected, to avoid glare from the lights. This light is really great and modern looking in our master bath. (We actually bought 3 of these.) We used the 2 light fixture models for over the sinks and a 3 light model for a makeup area. We did the install ourselves. Getting the shades over the lightbulbs is a little tricky. Not looking forward to changing a burned out lightbulb! Puts out a tremendous amount of light. We put a dimmer in for our 2 lights above the sinks. Fixtures do tend to put out some heat. All in all, would recommend."..."  Read more

I used two of these each side of a bathroom sink. Installed them with the light facing up but just noticed the picture shows them with the light facing down. Will have to try them the other way and see which way is better. Simple design, Very good quality for the price. Similar designs with cheaper quality are found everywhere and are more expensive. The light is not diffused coming out the top of the glass shade. Facing up they spread light upwards and illuminate the ceiling and wall. Not a bad thing, it's just what it is. I don't have a mirror installed yet so I don't know if there will be a harsh reflection or not. It's possible."..."  Read more
