Product is 5-star. The reason for my review is the only negative experience I had with Wayfair where I purchased 80% of the products for my bathroom upgrades. I wanted to use a 10% discount code on the next purchase which I got from Wayfair with the shipment of an earlier product. When I keyed in the discoun code, it said the code expired even though the promotion code did not have an expiration date mentioned in the correspondence. I was disappointed so threw away the coupon but wanted to communicate my frustration to Wayfair. Instead of offering a new code to a loyal customer, they were asking for the code to research why it was rejected! I did a 5 second search to discover another retailer and purchased 2 units from the competitor! The lesson: Existing customers are more profitable than acquiring new ones!"..."  Read more
