This mount is a great value for small TVs/monitors for under cabinet mounting and for tight spaces. It is quick and easy to install except for one issue. The monitor I used had a recessed VESA mounting area that the plate was slightly too large for but I think that was more a problem with the monitor. This can easily be remedied with some longer screws. Also, the tilt mechanism is controlled by tightness only so with repeated lowering and raising it may need adjustment but I have not done this too often so cannot tell from experience."..."  Read more
