Staub, a family-owned company based in Alsace (France), was founded by Francis Staub. All its enameled cast iron products are manufactured in France by three production sites that include a foundry, two enamelworks factories and a stoneware factory. Staub products can be used on all types of heat sources, including induction, and can be brought directly onto the table. They are ideal for professional chefs and cordon-bleu cooks as well as beginners interested in discovering the benefits of delicious and healthy food. Staub offers a wide range of cooking utensils, ceramic items, heating stoves and cookers.

In June 2008, Staub joined the German ZWILLING group, specialist in cutlery and kitchen utensils. This pooling of interests has enabled them to offer a comprehensive range of first-rate kitchen articles and accessories.
