I ordered this on the 2nd of December for a dessert I wanted to bring to a holiday party. Well it showed as available to ship asap but it never shipped out. I got a notice saying that it would be here no later then the 13th Dec, so while annoying it would still have arrived in time so no worries right. On the 13th no tracking info had arrived nor had the item. On that date I tried to cancel the order as I didnt need it urgently anymore. I went with another dessert item for the party and as I had bought the ingredients for the triffle I had to buy ingredients for both desserts. I called Wayfair to be positive that the order was cancelled the agent I spoke to James (very nice and helpful) asssured me it was indeed cancelled. But... the next day I got an email saying they wernt able to cancel the order and it would be here no later then the 17th.... guess what it didnt get here then either. It was shipped out on the 14th and got to my house on the 20th. 18 days for a very simple single item order to get to me. I thought the cost had been paid for on the 2nd when I placed the order. But no they took the money out on the 14th as well which caused a problem with my bank too. So all in all not a positive 1st purchase. the product is as beautiful as I expected and appears to be high quality as well."..."  Read more
