I was a little leery ordering an office chair online, without being able to sit on it first. However, I did read all of the previous reviews and felt pretty certain that I would be pleased. Firstly, I put this chair together myself in about 20 minutes! It was super simple and came together to be a pretty sturdy chair. I am very pleased with the price I paid and the quality of this chair. The seat of the chair is very cushiony as is the back. A couple things I like best about the chair; Although I am 5'4, I have relatively short legs, I have found with other office chairs my legs would just sort of "dangle", and if I adjusted the height, it would make it uncomfortably low to reach my desk. The seat on this chair makes a perfect fit for legs! Also, the arms hit in just the right spot, allowing me to pull up to my desk closer than other chairs have. All in all the chair fits all of my needs. Please note, I am not "short" so please do not think you have to be "petite" to enjoy this chair. I sit at a desk the vast majority of the day. I was having back pain and other issues with my former desk chair. But this chair has ended all that. This chair is strong and supportive. (I am significantly overweight so a sturdy chair is often an issue.) I no longer am experiencing pain of any kind, back or otherwise. This chair is also a great value. Actually my CFO recommended this chair as he had just bought one for himself. (And I am talking the #2 person in the company - he could have ANY chiar!) - and so I bought it on his recommendation. Now mind you, my company bought this chair. I had many options, including spending considerably more money. But I am here to tell you, this chair is great. I recommend it whole heartedly. I am even planning on replacing my home desk chair with this one - on my own dime, no less!! Outstanding chair - strong, supportive, sturdy and comfortable in which to sit for a long period of time. Pros: These are nice chairs. I was looking for nicer chairs for my recently remodel high-end home office. I did not want the junk-quality office depot style chairs. Overall, they certainly met my expectation in that category. They are somewhat firm at first but have gotten more comfortable after several weeks of use. I also like the ability to choose the color. I chose blue and it looks "custom" since it's not typically available in the chain stores. The armrest pads are nice bvoth in function and fashion. They swivel and turn smoothly, as well as go up and down to your desire position with ease. Cons: I was not pleased to see that these are made from BONDED leather, a major fact I must have read past on the description. For this kind of money for a relatively small surface office chair, I assumed it would be natural leather. Also, the back seems are selaed with a long clear plastic strip, similar to a piece of hot glue gun glue before it melts, not the most attractive touch. Overall, if you are looking for a chair at that next level beyond the chain stores with attractive looks, good quality and comfort, I recommend this chair. We purchased this chair for a 6'3" Executive. He wanted a professional looking chair that would "fit" him. He wanted versatility with adjustable arms, back and seat. That is hard to find in an executive looking chair. He works at his desk for 8-10 hours a day and this chair supports his back and body. Great value for the features. Have to say we looked at a lot of executive, ergonomic chairs. Some of the newer ergonomic chairs looked too "modern" for his office and didn't always fit a tall man.
