I sit at a desk the vast majority of the day. I was having back pain and other issues with my former desk chair. But this chair has ended all that. This chair is strong and supportive. (I am significantly overweight so a sturdy chair is often an issue.) I no longer am experiencing pain of any kind, back or otherwise. This chair is also a great value. Actually my CFO recommended this chair as he had just bought one for himself. (And I am talking the #2 person in the company - he could have ANY chiar!) - and so I bought it on his recommendation. Now mind you, my company bought this chair. I had many options, including spending considerably more money. But I am here to tell you, this chair is great. I recommend it whole heartedly. I am even planning on replacing my home desk chair with this one - on my own dime, no less!! Outstanding chair - strong, supportive, sturdy and comfortable in which to sit for a long period of time. I am 5'1" and weigh about 105lbs and suffered from chronic shoulder and lower back pain for years due to incorrect posture when sitting in front of my computer at home and at work. Most office chairs available in stores are made for individuals with medium built figure and I've looked for years to find that perfect chair that's made specifically for petite person like me. I finally decided on spending a small fortune buying 2 chairs (one for my hubby) for our home office and I wish I've done it sooner. If I add up all the medical bills I've had from going to my chiropractor and massage sessions throughout the years, I can probably buy 10 of these! I got the Size A which is perfect for my petite body build, I am no longer overreaching to my keyboard or find myself sitting on the edge of the chair because the seat is too "long". My shoulder/back pains have subsided significantly over the last 3 months since using this chair. The lumbar support is also great for my lower back!! I purchased the chairs in February and it worked so well that I just ordered another Size A for my work last week. Wayfair has been great to extend the volume discount on my 3rd Aeron chair. P.S. I love this chair, it's the best chair I've ever owned to date. I've had more expensive chairs but none that I liked better than this one. For my size/weight it's perfect for many, many hours of sitting. It's easily adjustable in several dimensions including the lumbar support which is critical to me. The seat padding is firm but not hard, it's firm enough that it doesn't crush leaving my pelvic bones in contact with a hard surface. All in all, it's a fantastic chair. I'm an IT professional and I sit in this thing all day long, sometimes as much as 18 hours. That's hard use for any chair and I'm not a small person by any means. It's at the end of it's travel for height adjustment and I can sit with my legs at a 90 degree angle and my feet flat on the floor. It's the perfect height for sitting at my desk. I love the concave arm rests, which are also adjustable for height. I have a pretty serious back injury and sitting for long durations can be a problem, that's why I picked this chair. It's big, I can shift around in it to avoid fatigue from sitting in the same spot too long. Time will tell how durable it is, but as of now after using it for a month, I love it. A note to everyone about this kind of chair. When you assemble it, get those screws TIGHT. Flex and movement of the assembly screws is one of the main reasons for chair failure. I've learned this from bitter experience. The main screws in this chair come with a drop of LocTite blue on them, a sure sign of a quality chair."..."  Read more

This chair is easy to asssemble and is of very good qauality. Appearance is as good as the pictures suggest. Based on reviews of the similar managers chair, this task chair is better sized for office work. The seat is not as deep as the manager's chair and allows good lumbar support while typing or performing other close to desktop work. I am 5'8" and the front edge of the seat just comes to the back of my knees when I am seated as far back as possible. The chair swivels and rolls easily. Arm supports are comfortable and can be removed if you need a sleeker chair to fit a small space. The lumbar support is not adjustable so if you are a fanatic about tweaking a chair to fit your exact ergonomics you should be shopping in the $800-$1,000 range."..."  Read more
