OK, I was a little embarrassed about having to buy a "big man's" chair, but needed to. I put on a bit of weight after an accident, and literally broke my last home office chair. That said, this chair answered the bill for all my needs. It's wide and sturdy, looks great and is surprisingly comfortable. It comes disassembled, but don't let that scare ya, if you know how to operate a screwdriver and read directions (in English!), you won't have a problem putting it together. The main frame parts are made of real, heavy metal, so you may need help with lifting if you have a bad back - but trust me, you will have a comfortable chair that will help your back as soon as you are done. The cushions at first do seem a little "hard", but after sitting in it, it just feels right to me. I've been sitting in this chair for up to 18 hours a day doing home business (and games too), and have never felt uncomfortable because of the chair. I now actually prefer it over my recliner even when watching TV... My only little complaint is that this chair does what every other chair I've ever owned does to me in the middle of the night - it squeaks and creaks a bit - not enough to bother anyone else, but enough for me to notice. I'd recommend this chair to anyone who likes a bit more space to sit on. The seat area is very wide, and not just big people will like this, I have a petite little friend who likes to sit "Indian style" in this chair and wants to get one of her own now too. Pros: These are nice chairs. I was looking for nicer chairs for my recently remodel high-end home office. I did not want the junk-quality office depot style chairs. Overall, they certainly met my expectation in that category. They are somewhat firm at first but have gotten more comfortable after several weeks of use. I also like the ability to choose the color. I chose blue and it looks "custom" since it's not typically available in the chain stores. The armrest pads are nice bvoth in function and fashion. They swivel and turn smoothly, as well as go up and down to your desire position with ease. Cons: I was not pleased to see that these are made from BONDED leather, a major fact I must have read past on the description. For this kind of money for a relatively small surface office chair, I assumed it would be natural leather. Also, the back seems are selaed with a long clear plastic strip, similar to a piece of hot glue gun glue before it melts, not the most attractive touch. Overall, if you are looking for a chair at that next level beyond the chain stores with attractive looks, good quality and comfort, I recommend this chair. Having just purchased 2 desks from Wayfair, I needed 2 desk chairs ASAP. The price on these chairs allows me to use them temporarily while waiting for our custom finished and upholstered chairs to be made & delivered. I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but wow! Other than I can't use the mahogony wood tone, they are really a nice, comfortable chair. The button and tufted detail and brass tacks really reflects a much more expensive chair. I am a "Big and Tall" man (6'2" 340 lbs.) whose been searching a long time for a chair that would not wear out in a year. Finally, I think I found it! I bought this Mayline chair (in gray fabric) from the Wayfair Clearance Center online for less than half price [...]. So far, the chair has proved to be very sturdy and comfortable for extended use at my computer or watching TV. The only minor quibble I have with it is that I had to retighten all the screws on the chair after 2 weeks ( the manufacturer's booklet said to do this after 90 days). Since then, the chair has performed well except for a few creaks that I took care of with WD-40. Overall, I am very happy with both Wayfair and this chair."..."  Read more
