I am a "Big and Tall" man (6'2" 340 lbs.) whose been searching a long time for a chair that would not wear out in a year. Finally, I think I found it! I bought this Mayline chair (in gray fabric) from the Wayfair Clearance Center online for less than half price [...]. So far, the chair has proved to be very sturdy and comfortable for extended use at my computer or watching TV. The only minor quibble I have with it is that I had to retighten all the screws on the chair after 2 weeks ( the manufacturer's booklet said to do this after 90 days). Since then, the chair has performed well except for a few creaks that I took care of with WD-40. Overall, I am very happy with both Wayfair and this chair."..."  Read more

A good, sturdy office chair in elegant fabric. Functional, yet the design lacks adjustability I would have expected for a chair in this price range. Primary feature is the "floating tailbone" design which basically consists of a square cutout in the seating surface in the back. After 6 weeks I am not fully convinced of the value of this feature. The chair came little lacking in the instructions (as to which screws were used where on the chair), but it still went together fairly fast and seems both more comfortable and substantial than the previous chair I had, which was twice as expensive, from a well known office supply company. That chair's frame broke. This one has more metal support, plus lumbar support. I have a solo office and the staff is myself, which means I have to assemble anything I buy and I like to keep things for some time. Dealing with this company (Wayfair) was simple and fast. I would do business with them again based on this purchase. I am only giving it four stars because I would have liked it to have a wider body, but I also need to loose weight, so anybody else might just give it five stars."..."  Read more
