I bought this chair because my regular computer chair was making my lower back hurt. Within a week, I had no more back pain. I'm a college student, so I spend a lot of time at the computer, and this chair makes that time a lot more bearable for my body. It takes a little getting used to: one's postural muscles just aren't strong enough at first to sustain a good sitting position for extended periods. But it is possible to extend one leg or place one foot on the knee rest for a little while. That is another good thing about this chair -- I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to fidget while sitting in it (I fidget a good deal). But it is amenable to quite a bit of random movement, especially in the feet. My only complaint is that the seat support creaks when I shift my weight significantly, but that is only an aesthetic complaint. For serving its ergonomic purpose, this chair is great."..." Read more
