The chair is a comfortable sit, but it has problems. Assembly instructions were the bare minimum, only pictures and no written text explaining them. Initially I thought some screws were missing, but eventually discovered they were already installed in the chair. You have to remove them, assemble the respective part and then re-install them. But the biggest problem is the bottom of the gas cylinder tube is only about 1/8" from the floor and will scrape the floor if you try and roll it while your full weight is in the chair. A very, very stupid design. At first I thought maybe I didn't assemble it right, but I measured the seat height and it is the same as what the specs say it should be. I would not even consider using this chair without a chair mat. There are no user instructions, so you're on your own figuring out the adjustments. I ordered mine with knee-tilt and didn't see a lever for that. Turns out there is no lever, it's a feature built into the mechanism.
