I am 5'1" and weigh about 105lbs and suffered from chronic shoulder and lower back pain for years due to incorrect posture when sitting in front of my computer at home and at work. Most office chairs available in stores are made for individuals with medium built figure and I've looked for years to find that perfect chair that's made specifically for petite person like me. I finally decided on spending a small fortune buying 2 chairs (one for my hubby) for our home office and I wish I've done it sooner. If I add up all the medical bills I've had from going to my chiropractor and massage sessions throughout the years, I can probably buy 10 of these! I got the Size A which is perfect for my petite body build, I am no longer overreaching to my keyboard or find myself sitting on the edge of the chair because the seat is too "long". My shoulder/back pains have subsided significantly over the last 3 months since using this chair. The lumbar support is also great for my lower back!! I purchased the chairs in February and it worked so well that I just ordered another Size A for my work last week. Wayfair has been great to extend the volume discount on my 3rd Aeron chair. P.S. OK, I was a little embarrassed about having to buy a "big man's" chair, but needed to. I put on a bit of weight after an accident, and literally broke my last home office chair. That said, this chair answered the bill for all my needs. It's wide and sturdy, looks great and is surprisingly comfortable. It comes disassembled, but don't let that scare ya, if you know how to operate a screwdriver and read directions (in English!), you won't have a problem putting it together. The main frame parts are made of real, heavy metal, so you may need help with lifting if you have a bad back - but trust me, you will have a comfortable chair that will help your back as soon as you are done. The cushions at first do seem a little "hard", but after sitting in it, it just feels right to me. I've been sitting in this chair for up to 18 hours a day doing home business (and games too), and have never felt uncomfortable because of the chair. I now actually prefer it over my recliner even when watching TV... My only little complaint is that this chair does what every other chair I've ever owned does to me in the middle of the night - it squeaks and creaks a bit - not enough to bother anyone else, but enough for me to notice. I'd recommend this chair to anyone who likes a bit more space to sit on. The seat area is very wide, and not just big people will like this, I have a petite little friend who likes to sit "Indian style" in this chair and wants to get one of her own now too. I was in such a need for a new computer chair so when I got the chance to review a product from Wayfair I jumped at the chance and I found this great chair to review. Not only is it large enough that you can fit into it comfortablely, but its very comfortable to sit in as well. It has a thicker cushion than the chair I originally had. One of the great things about it is the massage feature. It has a lower back and upper back setting as well as high, med, and low. After a long day at work its great to come and sit and my computer do a bit of blogging or surfing the web and get a massage at the same time. The only downfall to this chair for me is the fact that you have to plug it in and the cord gets in my way a lot and I have gotten it wrapped around my chair a lot of times. I am one of those that twirls either to the left or right depending on which way I want to get out of my chair and with this chair I would have to try and remember not to twirl into the cord. :("..."  Read more
