I had bought several chairs over the last five years from one of the office supply chain stores ranging from $99 to $200+ dollars. All of them died or were replaced within a year. This chair has surpassed all of it's predecessors after a month. The chair is soft but firm. I can sit in it for 8 hours and be comfortable. The red is a great color and the adjustable arms are solid feeling with the right amount of padding for your elbows/arms when working. For the price it is a great chair. Basic chair adjustments of 1) height, 2) back height 3) back angle, and 4) arm rest height all work well and have a good range to fit anybody. I love the vinyl material since the chair is easy to wipe away any kids dirty hand prints or spills. The only draw back from the vinyl is when I sit down or stand up. I hear the hissing sound of air escaping or rushing into the seat from where the arms screw into the bottom side of the seat. I think this chair will last me more than a year, which is huge winner in my book!"..."  Read more

This chair is easy to asssemble and is of very good qauality. Appearance is as good as the pictures suggest. Based on reviews of the similar managers chair, this task chair is better sized for office work. The seat is not as deep as the manager's chair and allows good lumbar support while typing or performing other close to desktop work. I am 5'8" and the front edge of the seat just comes to the back of my knees when I am seated as far back as possible. The chair swivels and rolls easily. Arm supports are comfortable and can be removed if you need a sleeker chair to fit a small space. The lumbar support is not adjustable so if you are a fanatic about tweaking a chair to fit your exact ergonomics you should be shopping in the $800-$1,000 range."..."  Read more

I hesitated before ordering this chair, but after reading the reviews, felt that for the price [...], I decided to go for it! The chair was super easy to put together and is extremely comfortable. Although I have long legs, and prefer a shorter seat on chairs, you could not ask for a better task chair! I have had the chair for over a month and find it extremely comfortable, especially for sitting in all day long! I now find myself scooting around my office while sitting and the chair simply glides! Bought my husband the "Big Man's Chair" and of course had to have a chair that would match in finish. We have a two person, wrap around desk in our home office. Love both chairs. Worth upgrade for smooth finish - looks like leather and very comfortable. Has nice clean look. Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable.
