I am 5'1" and weigh about 105lbs and suffered from chronic shoulder and lower back pain for years due to incorrect posture when sitting in front of my computer at home and at work. Most office chairs available in stores are made for individuals with medium built figure and I've looked for years to find that perfect chair that's made specifically for petite person like me. I finally decided on spending a small fortune buying 2 chairs (one for my hubby) for our home office and I wish I've done it sooner. If I add up all the medical bills I've had from going to my chiropractor and massage sessions throughout the years, I can probably buy 10 of these! I got the Size A which is perfect for my petite body build, I am no longer overreaching to my keyboard or find myself sitting on the edge of the chair because the seat is too "long". My shoulder/back pains have subsided significantly over the last 3 months since using this chair. The lumbar support is also great for my lower back!! I purchased the chairs in February and it worked so well that I just ordered another Size A for my work last week. Wayfair has been great to extend the volume discount on my 3rd Aeron chair. P.S. We purchased this chair for a 6'3" Executive. He wanted a professional looking chair that would "fit" him. He wanted versatility with adjustable arms, back and seat. That is hard to find in an executive looking chair. He works at his desk for 8-10 hours a day and this chair supports his back and body. Great value for the features. Have to say we looked at a lot of executive, ergonomic chairs. Some of the newer ergonomic chairs looked too "modern" for his office and didn't always fit a tall man. I love this chair, it's the best chair I've ever owned to date. I've had more expensive chairs but none that I liked better than this one. For my size/weight it's perfect for many, many hours of sitting. It's easily adjustable in several dimensions including the lumbar support which is critical to me. The seat padding is firm but not hard, it's firm enough that it doesn't crush leaving my pelvic bones in contact with a hard surface. All in all, it's a fantastic chair. I'm an IT professional and I sit in this thing all day long, sometimes as much as 18 hours. That's hard use for any chair and I'm not a small person by any means. It's at the end of it's travel for height adjustment and I can sit with my legs at a 90 degree angle and my feet flat on the floor. It's the perfect height for sitting at my desk. I love the concave arm rests, which are also adjustable for height. I have a pretty serious back injury and sitting for long durations can be a problem, that's why I picked this chair. It's big, I can shift around in it to avoid fatigue from sitting in the same spot too long. Time will tell how durable it is, but as of now after using it for a month, I love it. A note to everyone about this kind of chair. When you assemble it, get those screws TIGHT. Flex and movement of the assembly screws is one of the main reasons for chair failure. I've learned this from bitter experience. The main screws in this chair come with a drop of LocTite blue on them, a sure sign of a quality chair."..."  Read more

I am a "Big and Tall" man (6'2" 340 lbs.) whose been searching a long time for a chair that would not wear out in a year. Finally, I think I found it! I bought this Mayline chair (in gray fabric) from the Wayfair Clearance Center online for less than half price [...]. So far, the chair has proved to be very sturdy and comfortable for extended use at my computer or watching TV. The only minor quibble I have with it is that I had to retighten all the screws on the chair after 2 weeks ( the manufacturer's booklet said to do this after 90 days). Since then, the chair has performed well except for a few creaks that I took care of with WD-40. Overall, I am very happy with both Wayfair and this chair."..."  Read more
