I bought the Tortoise Mirror to use over the sink in a cabana bathroom. The mirror is large enough to accomadate all grooming activities in the bathroom. (hair, make-up, ect.) I really like the look of the mirror. I was a little concerned on how it would look with the light fixture that was already existing on my wall but it looks fine.
The reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the metal tortosie was bent (warped) in a few places. Although it appeared they took care in packaging the mirror it may have been bent in placing the mirror into the packaging or when we took it out. I bent the pieces so the mirror would hang uniform on both sides from the wall. It is close but not perfect. I would recomend that you would be very careful with the mirror when removing it from the packaging as the metal feet will bend easy. Once on the wall it was exactley what I was looking for!"..." I use this mirror in my powder room because it was different than ordinary mirrors and it matched well with my colors in the room. It is a bit heavy for a mirror and you have to figure out how to mount it to the wall properly. It doesn't come with any hardware for mounting ( wire etc ) You could also use this mirror for other areas to decorate in your home."..." Read more
