I bought this for the guest bedroom, it looks good and doesn't occupy lot of space. I chose this because the bed room is small and i needed something to store too. In the picture, the color looks close to Oak. But the real piece is much closer to birch. Because of the color and instructions, i'm rating it as a 4 star. Instructions: There is one typo in the instructions in Step 3, instead of #3 it should be read as #4. Screws go to mirror. not the side plank. But it's easy to figure out. Also, when fixing the base to the remaining part, you need to align the hole in the base every time to put in the remaining screws. This isn't clearly mentioned, i thought i would mention it.
