We are very happy with these lamps. They look fabulous in our family room.
They were a little difficult to assemble as I had to screew the light bulb assembly into the base and had to align the male post perfectly with the female base end to get it to screw in properly (straight). Also there is a plastic cord protector that had to be slid up from the cord and pushed into the base where the cord extends from the base and it was difficult to push this into the base as the hole was deformed on both units. The tiffany shdes were made of plastic (glass like) material and were dirty and had to be washed before use.
These lamps replaced two lamps with which I had used a single 100 Watt bulb in each with a single dimmer. I could only use a maximum of 60 Watt bulbs in these new lamps, however, there are two bulbs per lamp, so that did not create a lower per-lamp light output."..." Read more
