All Lamps

My therapist suggested a light that had 10,000 lumins and I was to do therapy for at least 30 min a day. As I was looking at other lights I notices that the 10,000 lumins was at 6 in. That is literally almost touching it with your nose. This Day-Light Lamp is great. It has the 10K lumins at a reasonable 12 inches and the height is adjustable so the light can be at the right level whatever youre sitting on. This isnt the most decoratively appealing lamp but in my opinion it is the best lamp for delivering the light that I need. The space between the legs is just right for a book or ereader to rest and when my book is there, my face is just the right space away from the light to get what I need.
