Attractive floor lamp for the livingroom, very sturdy once assembled. Product description was incorrect - it claimed three 60watt lights (true) and one center 3-way light (not true). All four light sockets are marked "Max 60watt bulb". But the outer and center bulbs do operate/turn on separately, so it is acceptable."..."  Read more

I have a cape cod house that I've decorated in a traditional colonial-inspired manner. The living room is bricked at one end with a fireplace/hearth, and built-in bookshelves flanking it. This lamp is next to a bookshelf, and the red tones of the cherry wood, the reds of the brick and the base of this lamp all work nicely together. The lamp is definately not a fashion statement, or conversation piece. It just blends. The shade is a little on the old fashioned side. A friend recommended I check on line for it and I was delighted to find it at Wayfair for 25% less even after shipping, taxes, and duty. This lamp looks so elegant in my newly decorated livingroom. It is both positive and negative space because of its beautiful design, and it has garnered many compliments. I just love this lamp!
