I really liked the concept of this lamp. I takes good planning to place this lamp in a place that will highlight its design and illumination. The lamp lights up my living room very well. Fantastic "candle" design. Despite the well packaging,the lamp glass covers (icicles) are very delicate, be careful handling them. You get an extra lamp, and icicle. It is not mentioned in the description, but the lamp has a small floor sliding switch that lets you dim the 3 halogen lamps from maximum power to darkness. Dimming is expected for halogen lamps. Its very cool when creating a laid-back atmosphere. The switch has an orange LED to make it easier to find it the dark. Though, it takes some time getting used to the floor switch. The assembly wasn't as easy as i would have hoped, but its worth the wait (Hence 4 stars). Just have patience. The hardest part is to get the electrical cables inside the tubes (which run the entire height of each tube). Do not assemble (screw in) the tubes together before you insert the cables and plug to the lamp sockets. Its easier this way. Assembly make take some ingenuity (Like using a hook+rope to insert the electrical cables in the tubes...your welcome). The construction is solid and of good quality. I think is very worth the price and the style this lamp adds to my living room. I consider it as art and not just as a lamp. I would definitely recommend it, but not too much as I wouldn't want everyone to have the same lamp as me. ;-)"..."  Read more

I saw this lamp while searching for table lamps for the living room but I immediately fell in love! I bought it for my 2 yr old son's room. I put it on his dresser and mounted a shelf on the wall behind it. Now it looks like the paint bucket was knocked off the shelf. I also used a low watt "nightlight" bulb, which makes this lamp not only a fun accessory but a very useful one too. I plan on buying a second lamp in pink for my pre-teen daughter to use on her desk."..."  Read more

I absolutely love this lamp. It has a very modern look to it with the silver base and top. I ordered the pink glitter lamp and was surprised that the liquid was also pink (I thought it would be a clear liquid with pink glitter) but I still love it!
