We now own both the Pablo Designs Brazo Table lamp and the Pablo Designs Brazo Floor lamp. They are simple but elegant in design and work well. Both emit a lot of light, and the brightness is easy to adjust. The base of the Brazo lamps are sturdy, so no worries about them falling over. Ease of assembly is important to me, and both were easy to put together. The table lamp actually required just one step. I like the way the lamps were shipped in sturdy cardboard containers with a handle on the outside. I was able to maneuver and unpack them without any difficulty."..."  Read more

Fabulous lamp. Heavy, yet well balanced. 3 way bulb so you can choose lighting mood: full power reading small print low light for kissing a sweetie pie. The shade is exquisite and understated. The inside of the shade is lined with satin like fabric so it's gorgeous to look at when you look up from reading. Beautiful combination of textures, metal, wood. We bought a Quoizel floor lamp and are thrilled with it too. Not matching. You know the stuff out there is usually a hit or miss. This lamp is the real deal. Also, Wayfair is the real deal. We've bought a number of items from them and they know how to serve their customers. PS This review is the real deal...we've been shopping for 4 months to decorate our apartment (we have very refined tastes - thank you very much) and Wayfair is such a relief to deal with. Yes... I receive a reward gift for this review and that's my point: Wayfair actually knows how to show appreciation for customers. The Equo is a stylish and somewhat functional light. I really like the dimmer switch on the light. When using the light - you can manipulate the light head to a different position so that it remains parallel to the surface, e.g., book, computer keyboard, etc. The arm of the light is actually kind of short - much shorter than you might imagine - so the light has to be position a little bit closer to what you are lighting. If you want to be able to place the light father away from your intended target - I would suggest the Z-bar light (which I also have). I am serious about working at my desk. I need a light that puts out a good amount of light and is aesthetically pleasing. It is hard to find the former because companies are focusing on putting forth a beautiful lamp, but they make it with a wimpy light output and/or isn't very functional. Don't worry about this one! It's not the most beautiful lamp (it really is attractive, but there are definitely ones that are nicer looking), but it puts out a GREAT amount of light. You can rotate the shade and adjust the height to cover the proper amount of desk space you want. It really is nice and very functional. Also a nice feature is being able to use a simple compact flourescent bulb. So many of these new design have high-power LEDs. I am a little concerned about their power output...and you can't readily buy them when they need replacement. With this model you can go to a local store ([...]) and buy a bulb for a rather inexpensive price. I thought that I would need to get 2 lamps for my desk (4'-6' long), but 1 is doing the job I need it to do (provide a good amount of light to work at my desk)."..."  Read more
