I'm done with all heavy and oversize leather handbags. All of them are heavy even when they are empty. By the time you have your wallet, phone, etc. inside the bags, they are ridiculously heavy. Bad for my not so great shoulders. I stopped completely buying all leather handbags. Used to buy designer bags like Louis Vuitton which costs an arm and a leg, Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Celine, Ballys, etc. Not worth the money anymore. All of them are in the thousands of dollar. They are heavy too. This bag is light and you can put a lot of things in it. Lots of compartments for phone, pen, and has a zipper inside too. Kipling is a good brand. I have been carrying this bag for over a month and LOVE it! I need to carry a large "mom" sized bag, but other bags hurt my back and shoulders. Even my chiropractor fussed at me over my large bags! This is the most expensive handbag I have ever bought, but it is well worth the money. Others say the strap slips--I have NO IDEA what they are talking about! I have NEVER had trouble with this bag slipping. There are plenty of pockets inside and out. This bag also seems well made. The design really does work. If you hold the bag in your hand it feels heavy, but when you put in on your shoulder it feels like nothing! Even my chiropractor approves! I recommend if you buy the leather version of this bag to protect it with a leather balm product. It makes the color richer and protects the leather (adding to the life of the bag).
