I'm a 'seasoned' citizen with two hip replacements and ride a bike year round for fun and exercise... along with the gym. I bought this to 'ride'on those days when the temp drops below 20 and the roads aren't dry. I like the programmed workouts, the pre-set dialed resistance settings and the step through mounting. This is a quality, well made product at a great price. I buy most things on-line and bought the bike after a thorough web search. [...] it went together quite easily. Being a guy I don't read instructions.. and didn't need them. It was that easy[...] I had to choose between doing the assembly or knocking back with some nog on Christmas Eve. The nog got the nod. Took about an hour to put together the next day.
