I have made about 4 batches of sprouts so far and am very pleased with this product. Per other reviews, I change the water daily. It is not a chore at all to do this. The result is fresh sprouts in about 5 days. I use these instead of lettuce and pretty much add them to everything for the added nutrition and fiber. My sister-in-law loved it so much she bought one! I have already recommended it to other friends also. It is so much cheaper to grow your own than to buy them in the store--plus, I like knowing that these are organic and I grew them under MY conditions. It's trivial to set up and trivial to maintain.
