All DVD & CD Storage

I bought these Atlantic cd racks to go with the Atlantic dvd racks I purchased previously. I wall-mounted mine, and the cd racks will also go on the wall, next to the dvd racks. Both will be flanking the flat screen tv, which will be centered on the wall. I don't have a lot of floor space for large cabinetry units, so minimal wall mounted units were the best choice for me. I liked the black finish steel racks, because they are slim, "disappear" when filled, and are very clean looking. Other reviews stating that the units weren't stable on the floor, presenting a tipping problem probably would apply if I wanted them to be free standing, but I wanted them specifically to wall-mount, and they are perfect for that. Currently, my tv is still on a small rolling unit. When I finally get the wall-mounting arm for the tv, the whole system, racks, tv, recorders, etc. will be attached to the wall, and will streamline the entertainment center, a must for me because of my room dimensions. I work in a very large church and we have a large CD collection that kids can check out. The floor unit we were using did not work well. We needed an update. I came across this CD storage unit in a catalog and this one works the BEST!!! Functional, attractive, and everyone comments on how nice it looks on the wall in the Youth Room. I really like these DVD holders overall. They are small and compact and its amazing how much shelf space we have now. My only complaint is they are a little flimsy and when all 4 "booklets" are full of discs and inserted into the outer case, its challenging to pull one booklet out for use without having to tip the whole thing over and let gravity pull one out for you.
