We use this blanket for my baby's stroller, pack n play, and crib. It's light, so it's not great for really cold nights. I didn't think about this before I purchased this item. It does snag. My baby likes to grab and pick at the strings. I don't think it will last too long with her.It is a very bright and lovely design. I really liked the color and texture of this crib bedding. Although, it looks a bit strange with green, which I was planning on adding to my nursery colors. I wanted to wash it before bringing home baby and I accidentally dried it on high heat-it still looks nice, but I recommend a low heat air fluff for the embrodiered parts, which is what the package recommends.
