My wife and I wake up at different times. I being the early one to rise try not to wake her. My old alarm clock had a tone turned at its lowest setting. Which did not always work. The vibrating alarm PAD is placed under my pillow and only wakes me up. There are no down points about this clock. I would buy many more if needed.
