They were amazing and so much easier to prepare with this pan than the previous pan I was using. I love the weight and quality of the pots and pans and I am equally pleased with the roasting pan. The lifting forks are a bonus. It is the perfect size for a 12 pound turkey and goes right to the cook top for gravy. Without the rack it is great for braised short ribs or a beef stew. The possibilities are limitless.
