LTD2 Technical Details: LTD2 builds upon the patented 3-ply design of the original LTD collection, expanding to a 5-ply design. Each piece is composed of a brushed 18/10 stainless steel interior layer, alternating stainless and aluminum layers, and a pure aluminum outer ply. The aluminum exterior is anodized to create a surface that will not scratch, chip or peel to keep your cookware looking great, and new technology makes it dishwasher safe as well! The aluminum layers allow heat to pass through easily, while the stainless steel layers force the heat to move laterally. This produces even heat at the cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and preventing food from sticking or burning.
