LTD's patented 3-ply design is composed of a brushed 18/10 stainless steel interior clad to a pure aluminum outer ply. The aluminum exterior is anodized to create a surface that will not scratch, chip or peel to keep your cookware looking great. The deep black appearance is a result of the anodizing process, which absorbs light, rather than the use of superficial pigmentation, so you can be sure of long-lasting quality and aesthetic appeal. The pure aluminum core not only covers the bottom of the pan, but also extends up the sides, allowing for great heat conductivity as well as an even heat distribution so you will never have any "hot spots" when cooking.

The center burner on our stove top could be a little bigger or the griddle a little smaller and it would have been perfect fit.
