My husband and I easily installed the seats by following the directions. We put two seats in the back of a Prius. The forward facing seat is behind the driver and the rear facing seat is in the center (installed with the seatbelt because of the car directions). With this setup we can fit a person behind the passenger seat. My husband was shocked at how well the seats fit into the Prius. We have Britax seats in an Accord and Recaro seats in our minivan. These seats don't have the same head support for sleeping kids but they seem very safe, they appear to fold up easily, they have a longer life and they fit into the Prius with room for another person. Seems to be a nice, comfortable seat. Have only used it once and it is too big for my grandson right now. I don't like the fact that it doesn't have seat anchors to fasten the bottom of the seat.
