My son has always loved bikes so I wanted to get him a Trike for Christmas. I looked around for the longest time trying to find the perfect trike for him that was good quality and would last a long time. I finally found this one at Wayfair and fell in love with it! We gave it to our son for Christmas and the look on his face was absolutely priceless. He was so excited to open it and ride it around the house all day.The first thing that I love about it is the quality. Since it is a Schwinn it is very well made and has real bike tires instead of the nasty plastic tires that other trikes have. It rides very well on all sorts of terrain. We live on a dirt road and it rides very well.I also love that it has the deck on the back of it for another kid to stand on and ride along. Our second son isnt old enough to ride along yet but when he is i'm sure that they will love going on adventures together in their bike.Before we got this trike we had a super old one that our neighbor gave us. My kiddo had a very hard time riding it because it was very low down to the ground and he could hardly turn the petals. This one is the perfect height for him to actually be able to petal.All in all I would recommend this to someone looking for a trike in a second. My son asks to ride his "new bike" almost daily. I am so happy that we got this trike. I am positive that it will last for many years to come.I love shopping from Wayfairs [...] everything that I have bought from them has been excellent quality. After trying out bikes at a store, I realized my soon to be 3 year old is not really to ride on her own. She wasn't strong enough to pedal on her own for very long. Since I didn't want to get her a small tricycle that she will out grow soon. I took some time and found this fantastic 12" bike that can grow with her for a couple of years. This is a must have since this bike can save your back. It's so easy to just push the bike while your child takes a break and you can teach them their directional skills at the same time with a easy turn of your wrist. Don't hesitate in getting this as a beginner bike! My now almost 3 years old daughter and I both enjoy our time outdoors a great deal, thanks to schwinn's 12" petunia bike. I over research everything I purchase for the kiddos. This is by far the best trike with a handle on the market. I was a little apprehensive about buying without trying it out first, but wasn't happy with similar trikes on the market that I had tried. My 17 month old is super happy with his new bike. He would cry every time he'd see a bike he wanted one so bad, he loves riding with the big kids on this one. Steers great, love the seatbelt/foot rest option. This bike is so comfortable. I am 50 years old and my mountain bike was getting very uncomfortable for me. I moved to a small town, now I can go grocery shopping and put stuff in basket, instead of hanging it from handle bar or strapping it on back and holding on. The seat is also very comfy and cushioned and handle bar is very comfy to grip, no more bending over and have a sore back. You will not win a speed race with it, but it is not inteded for that. I have great stability and the basket is big enough for 1 week of groceries and a small dog. You will get stopped and people will aks you where you got it etc. It took about 1 hour to put together and adjust handle batr, etc"..."  Read more
