The bike came extremely well packaged. Assembly was fast and simple, even if you don't have the instructions you could figure it out. Comfortable ride, seat could be a bit bigger for us wider guys. The gears were all installed and adjusted. From box to ride-able takes about an hour or less, it even came with a tool to help assemble it.
