I bought two of these for my 4-year old twins. They LOVE them, and it's a great way to prepare for two-wheelers. One of the bikes had assembly holes that weren't quite lined up. As a result, the bolt warped and a small piece broke off the frame. I emailed the manufacturer some photos (smartgeartoys[@]), and their response was quick and completely satisfactory. They sent me a new frame free of charge, and it worked perfectly. The other bike was perfect too, so I'm sure the problem is pretty rare. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend these bikes to anyone with kids 5 and under who want a pre-2-wheeler bike. My twins just love zipping around the cul-de-sac on them. I have a soon-to-be 3 year old, and would have liked the option of easily moving the seat down for him. But it involves removing two big bolts, then re-screwing them in. Other than that, it's perfect."..." Read more
