The bed arrived in about 3 weeks. Actually the headboard arrived in three weeks and the rest of it came one week later. The customer service girl at Wayfair was very nice and helpful. I have a split king size Tempurpedic adjustable bed. When I called the manufacter they told me the bed frame would not work with my bed. The measurements seems to match up so I ordered it anyway. The bed frame had to be build around my bed so it took two people. My Dad and I built it in about an hour. It worked PERFECT. One of the problems with Tempurpedic adjustable beds is you cant put a bed skirt on the box frame because of the bars around it. Now I dont need one. The platform bed looks fabulous and the fabric is even better than I had imagined. When comparing this to similar products you could easily pay over 1000 for this headboard set. I absolutely LOVE it. I purchased this bed for my 16 year old daughter. She has a full size bed and she wanted to replace her old boxspring style bed with a platform bed. I wasnt expecting too much to be honest since the price was much lower than similiar beds that we looked at. I was surprised by how nice the bed was when it arrived. I have some faux leather chairs and they look like faux leather, but this bed doesnt look cheap like the chairs do. The headboard is low but I guess you just have to get used to that since it is a platform and I am used to a boxspring. It was easy to put together and it seems very solid. It arrived early too! One thing about this bed is that it has a "nice" side and a not so nice side (at least on the twin). One of the bed rails on mine had chips and some minor but noticeable cracking. The other bed rail was perfect. I assume they ship it this way on purpose and that the bad side of the bed is meant to face the wall. That's fine for me since one side of the bed is against the wall, but keep it in mind if you're putting the bed in a location where both sides are visible. Also, the space between the bottom of the bed rail and the floor is higher than it looks in the pictures. I measured it at 8", so it's not quite the modern low slung look I was expecting. Overall though, a nice bed for the price and I'm not unhappy with it in any way. Build quality seems good and assembly was simple and straight forward.
