I was just amazed at the care Miles & May took in providing labeled bags with screws and even drill bits to put the bed together. Every pre-drilled hole was spot on. This bed is so adorable, easy to put together, and was delivered very quickly. My only problem is that the website said "Box spring required". We bought one for the bed only to find out that it really doesn't need one. Now we have wasted $100.00 on it. When the box spring is under the mattress it is way too high for my 4 year old. She could get hurt if she fell off. Then we noticed that the picture on the website actually doesn't have the box spring because if it did half of the bottom shelf on the headboard would be blocked from view."..."  Read more

We were very pleased with the bedroom set and our daughter is loving it too. One thing that I wasn't aware of when I purchased the twin size bed frame was that it does not come with a drawer at the foot board.
