[...] The Headboard is beautiful, and once we started assembling the bed we were pleasantly surprised at just how easy everything went, despite some other reviews stating that the bed was difficult to assemble. We thought it was relatively easy. Until, you have to attach the fabric panels to the actual frame. That's where we ran into problems. One side panel had a tear in the fabric, and the Front panel did not fit on the frame properly, just like the other reviews state. The company is obviously drilling the place for the screw, in the wrong area of the wood. Because once you screw one end into the frame, the other side sticks out a good 2 inches. No matter what you do, this front panel does not line up with the side panels, which ruins the look of the entire bed. Next the Headboard. The headboard did not come with the right polls, so once the support polls were screwed into the headboard properly, they did not attach to the frame. One side fit, the other side had no place to screw in. Possibly the company sent the headboard that is meant for a "Standard Queen Bed Frame" as oppose to the bedframe for This bed. When we tried attaching the Headbaord to a standard queen frame we had, it did in fact fit. We decided to keep the headboard and use it in my daughter's room and send the rest of the bed back.I would not recommend this bed because there is obviously something wrong with the way they manufature everything before they send it out to the customer. The Headboard, is beautiful, and we can see where, if the bed assembled properly, it would be a beautiful bed."..." Read more

Yes, This bed may look too good to be true. But it is not! I priced other upholstered leatherette beds. They most certainly priced much higher and when I looked closely at the picture they didnt make the cut. No double stiching....no creamy richness to the color, too shiney-cheap....But this bed is far different. It is truely Ivory. Think clean elephants tusk. Not washed out white and not cream....a beautiful in-between. It is not over-stuffed. It has more of a sleek, New York look but it doesnt slack on comfort when sitting up against it in bed. I read reviews that talked about the foundation looking flimsy. I am a 200 plus pound woman. My sister put the bed together in a snap and it is very Solid..Sturdy. It doesnt shake or feel like it will give out. The bonus to me is that the leather detail surrounds all sides of the bed. So if you are a minimalist, the look is still very good. I was nervous to make this online purchase but Im very happy with this bed. It looks as pictured, if not even better than pictured and you cant beat the price. Im a pretty picky person but I just didnt want to spend a fortune on my bedroom makeover, so this bed was a great option to help keep me from blowing my budget. The buckwheat color is a shade or two lighter than what was pictured on my computer screen, but still very pretty and neutral. I asked for a swatch and they sent one to me before I made the purchase. The bed is sturdy and the tufting is really beautiful. There are a few small drawbacks that you might not find in more expensive beds, but in my case I feel they are definitely worth the savings. One minor drawback is the fabric. Although its nice, you will get a nicer quality velvet with a thicker pile if you are willing to pay two or three times this price. The other minor drawback was that the upholstered rails dont line up as squarely as I would like, but with a little work I was able to get them to a point where it was barely noticeable. Overall Im very happy with the quality and the look of this bed. It makes my small bedroom look larger with its clean lines and neutral color."..." Read more
