Bed is very sturdy, no squeking or jangling. I do wish as another reviewer commented that the frame was the same silver color as bed, but since I read the other review I already had a bedskirt prepared. The King size bed frame should come with 6 glides to support it. Luckily local mattress store had a couple and gave them to me. I really like that I can sit on the foot of the bed, so many beds have footboards too now. Packages were very light, but bed was very sturdy and easy to put together."..."  Read more

I ordered the Grafton after much research. I wanted a bed for my tween daughter's room that would serve a functional purpose, be a nice piece of furniture and be durable; so that someday hopefully my grandchildren can sleep on it as well! I am thrilled beyond words with my purchase! The bed is gorgeous and will match the dark wood mahogany dresser in the bedroom perfectly. This bed is superior in quality, appearance and value. I am very happy with the FGB Platform bed I purchased last month. It was easy to assemble, nice quality wood, lightweight and easy to move. The slats screw into the wood frame so they will not move around and are strong so they won't bend and all fall in, like a previous bed I owned did. I would highly recommend this bed.
