i purchased this sleigh for my 16 year old son. it is not the best quality in regard to a solid wood bed, for example; i was concerned that some of the "wood" parts of the headboard and footboard appeared to be stained plastic. however, after it was assembled, it did look quite beautiful. note: the bed is much darker than in the photo. the company was the most excellent that i have ever dealt with! i relayed my product concern in addition to other issues (wrong hardware was shipped with the bed) they had a professional to my house within a few days to remedy the issue at no cost to me. in addition, they offered to completely replace the bed if i was not satisfied. the best customer service ever! wonderful, considerate and very nice people! 5 stars all the way!"..."  Read more
