The bed arrived in about 3 weeks. Actually the headboard arrived in three weeks and the rest of it came one week later. The customer service girl at Wayfair was very nice and helpful. I have a split king size Tempurpedic adjustable bed. When I called the manufacter they told me the bed frame would not work with my bed. The measurements seems to match up so I ordered it anyway. The bed frame had to be build around my bed so it took two people. My Dad and I built it in about an hour. It worked PERFECT. One of the problems with Tempurpedic adjustable beds is you cant put a bed skirt on the box frame because of the bars around it. Now I dont need one. The platform bed looks fabulous and the fabric is even better than I had imagined. When comparing this to similar products you could easily pay over 1000 for this headboard set. I absolutely LOVE it. One thing about this bed is that it has a "nice" side and a not so nice side (at least on the twin). One of the bed rails on mine had chips and some minor but noticeable cracking. The other bed rail was perfect. I assume they ship it this way on purpose and that the bad side of the bed is meant to face the wall. That's fine for me since one side of the bed is against the wall, but keep it in mind if you're putting the bed in a location where both sides are visible. Also, the space between the bottom of the bed rail and the floor is higher than it looks in the pictures. I measured it at 8", so it's not quite the modern low slung look I was expecting. Overall though, a nice bed for the price and I'm not unhappy with it in any way. Build quality seems good and assembly was simple and straight forward. When I first saw this bed I was in love! Other sites have the exact same bed but their price is up to $300 higher. It took a little over 3 weeks to arrive but this was made clear when ordering. It is very heavy & at first looked like it would be hard to assemble but it wasn't. My only issue with the assembly was the fact that the hardware came in 3 pouches with 3 separate sets of instructions. You would figure these would match up but I found that the hardware was in random bags. The instructions skip some steps and aren't clear but it's relatively easy to figure out. I did have a nut that had no threads so I had to go to the hardware store to purchase a new one. It was a little difficult to get some of the pre-drilled holes to line up and the side & footrail don't come to a perfectly flush corner (it looks a little crooked - if you don't tuck your comforter you won't see it). When I was finished I had 2 brackets & some bolts that had no instructions. The bed is sturdy and looks absolutely beautiful. It took less than 2 hours to assemble by myself. My only want would've been for the bed to be available in a platform version, as this needs a boxspring."..."  Read more

[...] The Headboard is beautiful, and once we started assembling the bed we were pleasantly surprised at just how easy everything went, despite some other reviews stating that the bed was difficult to assemble. We thought it was relatively easy. Until, you have to attach the fabric panels to the actual frame. That's where we ran into problems. One side panel had a tear in the fabric, and the Front panel did not fit on the frame properly, just like the other reviews state. The company is obviously drilling the place for the screw, in the wrong area of the wood. Because once you screw one end into the frame, the other side sticks out a good 2 inches. No matter what you do, this front panel does not line up with the side panels, which ruins the look of the entire bed. Next the Headboard. The headboard did not come with the right polls, so once the support polls were screwed into the headboard properly, they did not attach to the frame. One side fit, the other side had no place to screw in. Possibly the company sent the headboard that is meant for a "Standard Queen Bed Frame" as oppose to the bedframe for This bed. When we tried attaching the Headbaord to a standard queen frame we had, it did in fact fit. We decided to keep the headboard and use it in my daughter's room and send the rest of the bed back.I would not recommend this bed because there is obviously something wrong with the way they manufature everything before they send it out to the customer. The Headboard, is beautiful, and we can see where, if the bed assembled properly, it would be a beautiful bed."..."  Read more
